Marcus Munoz was born in Fresno, California, spent some time in Las Vegas, Nevada, and spent the later years of his childhood growing up in Camarillo, California. Marcus is a very diverse individual. He played football and wrestled all four years at Adolfo Camarillo High School. Immediately after graduation, he joined the United States Air Force in 2019. Marcus served in the military for 4 ½ years and soon after he returned from deployment and began adjusting to civilian life, he found himself in a Cutco office!

In his first six months on the job, he was the #1 new representative in the Western Region, among over 20,000 other representatives. In that same year, Marcus also won the Summer Conference 2 Champion award for selling over 36k in 5 days. After his quick success as a representative, he was promoted to assistant manager and then quickly promoted to district manager of the Bakersfield office. Marcus is one of the most quickly promoted managers in Cutco.

As a manager, Marcus is most excited about building the “dream bigger” mentality in Bakersfield. Marcus believes there are no limitations in this world and wants his people to strive for anything they could dream of. Marcus genuinely believes that this company has been a platform to inspire and implement new opportunities for not only himself but for many others as well. Within his new role as manager, he is looking forward to not only learning from new individuals that he will encounter but also having the ability to give back by having a positive and life-changing impact on his team.
